Horton Automation Inc. (HAI) specializes in providing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. HAI’s focus is the Electric and Natural Gas Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) market sector . The Micrapac 9200 RTU is applied in medium to large station applications. The Micrapac 925 RTU is applied in medium stations and is also used as a FEP unit in Substation Automation schemes. The Micrapac 915 RTU is specifically design for small point count applications including Poletop Distribution Automation and Substation Automation systems. 

MICRAPAC 9200 RTU

The MICRAPAC 9200 RTU is Horton Automation's flagship RTU product line that provides for unlimited modularity and flexibility. Features of the MICRAPAC 9200 RTU include Distributed Processing Architecture, multiple SCADA master communication, I/O configurations from 32 to 16,000 points, and 12 serial communication ports.

MICRAPAC 925 RTU
The MICRAPAC 925 RTU has been developed to meet a number of application cases that require a compact, fully featured RTU. In addition to its highly accurate and fast data acquisition capabilities, the MICRAPAC 925 also provides powerful software functions and user programmability. The MICRAPAC 925 supports a flexible choice of communication media and protocols to provide the user with a wide range of options to find the best fit for a given application.

MICRAPAC 915 RTU
The MICRAPAC 915 RTU completes the family of Micrapac SCADA Remote Terminal Units offered by Horton Automation Inc. The MICRAPAC 915 is a scaled down version of popular MICRAPAC 925 RTU for use in small I/O point count SCADA automation applications for electric power, gas & water utilities.

MTAP2000 Software

The MTAP2000 software utilities provide the necessary diagnostic and programming functionality to support both Micrapac RTU product lines. MTAP2000 will operate on Win95, Win98, Win2000 & XP platforms.

The following utilities are included in MTAP2000:

Diagnostic Maintenance Unit (DMU)
Line Monitoring Unit (LMU)
 Flash Memory Utility (FMU)
 Database Configuration Utility (DCU)
RTU Ladder-logic Editor (RLE)

Protocols supported include DNP3.0, IEC870-5-101 and Modbus.
